City Of Thieves formed during the summer of 2009 when Jason Crockett visited the studio of Chris Hook to record a Gram Parsons song. Once the recording was finished, Chris played his newest track called “Truth Has Eyes.” As Jason listened, he agreed to sing the lyrics.
