Since the group foundation in 1993, Yamato travells around the world with Japan's traditional Wadaiko drums. The group was born in Nara that is said to be the birthplace of Japanese culture. There are two artist known as Yamaneko. (1) A London producer, who debut with the album 'Pixel Wave Embrace' in 2014. Yamamoto, Tsuyoshi, keyboards, b. Niigata, Japan, 23 March 1948. Started piano in elementary school, but after hearing the Jazz Messengers in high school he began studying jazz. In college he made his pro debut with the Samurai, and toured Europe. He became the house pianist at Misty in 1974, the same year his debut recording Midnight Sugar came out on Three Blind Mice. He performed at Montreux in 1979 and performed at festivals and on TV. He performs primarily in trio formats. .
