There are 2 bands with the name The Rocketeers.

(1) The Rocketeers are a four piece indie pop rock group from Adelaide, South Australia. The all singing, self-deprecating, indie geek band consists of Cam McTernan, Dan McPharlin and Jack Thomson.

Drawing influences from artists such as The Arctic Monkeys, The White Stripes, The Wombats and Two Door Cinema Club, the Rocketeers have a penchant for science fiction, movies and games, which inspire much of their lyrics. Live the Rocketeers are known for their humour, energy and commitment to their songs.

The Rocketeers have recently received a wave of support for their first single 'Manic Pixie Dream Girl', giving it a live on air debut at Radio Adelaide, followed by a sold out single launch at Adelaide's Rhino Room. Paired with the hard hitting B-side, Steve Martin, these two songs show both extremes of The Rocketeers; fun dancey pop and thumping indie rock.
