Damien Rice (* 7. Dezember 1973 in Kildare, Irland) ist ein irischer Musiker. Rice war zuerst der Sänger von Juniper, einer Rockband, die die Singles 'The World Is Dead' und 'Weatherman' veröffentlichte. Unmittelbar bevor sie ihr erstes Album für Polygram 1999 aufnehmen wollten, bemerkte Rice, in welche kommerzielle Richtung er sich von dem Label gezwungen fühlte, und er verließ die Band. Damien Robitaille (born 1982) is a french musician from the small town of Lafontaine, Ontario. Robitaille started his music career at a young age, when he started playing the piano when he was eight years old, and later in his childhood he learned to play such instruments as the trumpet, guitar and violin.
