Damage Inc, two-man Drum and Bass outfit. After working together for an extended length of time, they developed the "Damage Inc" alias, and are seeing immediate success! Guns blazing, these two gents entered the underground, alternative Drum n Bass scene with one goal, and one sound in mind. Producing under the alias since 2010, they've secured releases world-wide and have original music forthcoming on major DnB labels from the USA to UK. Their sound can be distinctively identified and separated from the rest. With DnB being the backbone, they've added Hardcore and Tech to the mix. Psychedelic licks and high-energy...
There are at least three groups named Damage Inc. 1) Damage Inc. consist of a group of old skool ravers that wanted to make new music in the style that they used to love, rather than producing modern trends. Signed to Sonic Fortress Records, they produce music that is a cross of old skool,DnB,hardcore, trance, garage and whatever other genre they feel like mashing up! Damage Inc. play out on the award winning www.remanissradio.net every Saturday,6-9pm and the award winning Eruption FM every Monday,8-10pm. 2) Damage Inc. - polish experimental/noise/industrial/breakcore/metal project. Guitar heresy, cheeky laugh right in the face of rock and heavy-metal corpse....
It is in the minimal use of polyphony, harmony, melody, and other such conventional means of music that the extreme effect of space comes into the work. This spatial emptiness is the profound 'coldness' in Lab Report's music. To realize that the artist forms his medium through the use of purely deviated and generally condemned sounds is to realize that the artist has no morality. In the 'ethics of music' Lab Report's work is entirely criminal. Hence the inherent anxiety that is the foundation of the tones expressed and the tones distressed. But it is not just the sounds and...
The Kinsey Report is an outgrowth of the Chicago-based band Big Daddy Kinsey and the Kinsey Report. After their father passed on in 2001, the Kinsey brothers kept the band together and have put on some of the most memorable barroom blues/rock shows in a very competitive Chicago market. Chicago blues fans are a particular lot, and the Kinsey Report does not disappoint. Catch them if you can, you will be in for a fun night! Their unique style does not feel redundant even after a long show, and there are as many upbeat dancers as there are soulful excursions....
Hammer Damage was founded in 1978 by Mike Hammer and Dave Zagar (a.k.a Donny Damage) after their split from the Rubber City Rebels. The original line-up included George Cabaniss on guitar, Scott Winkler on bass, Damage on guitar and Hammer on drums. The Hammer Damage Band started out in 1978 and quickly built a strong following in the Akron-Kent music scene. They also enjoyed some modest success in Cleveland. Some of the band's highlights included opening for the B-52's and Public Image at the Cleveland Agora and several shows in NYC with the Dead Boys. The band released a couple...
