José María Sanz Beltrán, alias Loquillo, es un cantante de rock español. Nació el 21 de diciembre de 1960 en el barrio obrero del Clot, Barcelona. Teddy, Loquillo y sus amigos, fue el primer grupo que formó el cantante, junto a Carlos Segarra (actual miembro de Los Rebeldes), aunque con escaso éxito. Seguidamente, en 1980, nacieron Loquillo y los Intocables, con los cuales llegó a grabar un disco y algunos singles. Por aquellas fechas, Loquillo tuvo que cumplir con el servicio militar, y en su ausencia el grupo se desintegró. .
