Acid Black Cherry est le projet solo de Yasu vocaliste de Janne Da Arc. Cependant, le son de Acid Black Cherry est plus lourd que celui de Jeanne Da Arc. Les riffs de guitares s'enchainent, soutenues par de beaux passages mélodieux. ACIDMAN is a rock band from Japan. Its members are Oki Nobuo, Sato Masatoshi, and Urayama Ichigo. Guitarist/vocalist, Oki Nobuo is the main composer for the group, and is always experimenting with new types of music. Even though their music can be very relaxing, they tend to be catigorized under punk. Simply put, the band has a sound that is unique. They are known for their "second line" series in which they take some of their rock songs and rearrange them to be jazz or bossa nova-like. Front-man Oki Nobuo also has a pharmaceutical license. .

The Acid Gallery was an English four-piece band formed by Vic Elmes (guiter/vocals) and Mike Blakely (drums) who was the brother of Alan Blakely from The Tremeloes. They were first know as The Epics during the mid-'60s but switched to the hipper sounding name around the time of the 1967 psychedelic explosion. They disbanded in 1969. .
