"Time After Time" was formed by Karlis Lacis (keyboard) and Gints Paberzs (saxophone). Soon after, four other musicians were invited to join the band: Deniss Paskevics (saxophone, flute), Kaspars Zemitis (guitar), Ingars Vilums (bass-guitar), and Martins Linde (drums). Every year the band has performed at various music festivals and competitions in and outside of Latvia, including "Art Genda" and "Liepajas Dzintars" in 1998, and a Pori Jazz festival 2000 in Finland.
