Mars 2003, le duo sors un EP 3 tires autoproduit, Les Aiguilles. En janvier 2006 sors "The round dance of shadows", leur premier album, sous le label Space Patrol. En décembre de la même année, un second album, autoproduit quand à lui, est disponible. Nommé Our Place, il est vendu 6 euros sur le site du groupe. .

Christos Panagiotopoulos (a.k.a. Chris Nemmo), was born in 1980 and originates from Patras, Greece. Being a producer and a DJ for over a decade, Chris has worked on melodic electronic sounds, releasing tracks in several labels such as Klik Records, Vapourise, Aurium, Restart, Lowriders and more. His main influences and interests lie in the field of creative 'physical vs digital' transformations, being a fan of the electronic dance scene and the orchestral soundtrack elements at the same time. Formé en 2003 par Zoé Wolf et Kumi Okamoto, The Konki Duet s’illustre avec un premier morceau, «In The Trees», remarqué sur la compilation «Active Suspension vs. Clapping Music» (2003). Très vite rejointes par Tamara Goukassova au violon, les filles ne changent pour autant de patronyme et publient l’année suivante leur premier album, «Il Fait Tout Gris» et s’attirent les faveurs de la presse spécialisée qui fait l’éloge de leur pop minimaliste et onirique. Duet Emmo consisted of Bruce Gilbert and Graham Lewis (both of Wire and Dome) with Daniel Miller of The Normal and the Mute Records label. The name is an anagram of the combination of "Dome" and "Mute". They released one album called "Or So It Seems" in 1983. .

Buddy Emmons is the most influential pedal steel guitar player in the world. He has been recording by himself and as a session musician since the 50's. He has also participated in the technical development of the instrument itself, being a founder of both the Sho-bud steel guitar company, as well as the Emmons guitar brand. .
