Fuel a été formé en 1989 dans le Tenessee quand Carl Bell et Jeff Abercrombie, qui ont grandi ensemble, se sont associés avec Brett Scallions pour former ce qui allait devenir Fuel. Toby Abbottet, Erick Avakian rejoignent le groupe plus tard. Ils commencent à jouer dans des petits bars dans le Tenessee pour gagner un peu d'argent, Carl est à la guitare et fait les choeurs, Jeff est à la basse, Jody à la batterie, Brett joue de la guitare et chante, Erick au piano, chante de temps en temps sur quelques chansons.

Fuel From Hell got together in 1998 with the intention to play good old, loud as fuck rock n’ roll. Bengalfuel is the audio/visual project of Joe LiTrenta and Lou DiBenedetto. They have released ambient electronic music on labels such as Hibernate Recordings and Resting Bell as well as many self-released digital EP’s and albums, with accompanying videos. The music is a combination of their sensibilities as solo artists, typified by soft synthesizer pads sometimes with drum loops of many different styles of electronic music, and vocals or voice samples. .
