Coleman Hawkins dit Bean (haricot) (21 novembre 1904 - 19 mai 1969) était un saxophoniste ténor de jazz. Il fut l’un des solistes majeurs du middle jazz.
Il est le premier saxophoniste ténor à avoir su donner dans les années 1920 un vrai son de qualité, plein et sensuel à cet instrument, qui n’était avant lui pas encore l’instrument emblématique du jazz et était peu utilisé dans ce genre. Il a ainsi inspiré plusieurs générations de saxophonistes. While his mother, Jean, was shooting a television show in Mexico, and coincidentally pregnant with Randy, she was accidentally injured during filming and began to lose her unborn child. Going against Mexican federal law, she refused to terminate the pregnancy. And with that, she saved Randy's life.

Andrew Coleman is perhaps better known for his alter ego Animals on Wheels. Under that moniker, he released two albums and an EP for the highly respected Ninja Tune label , in addition to numerous 12"s and compilation appearances on his own landmark Bovinyl imprint. Along with Bovinylmate Adam "Vert" Butler, Coleman was largely responsible for the UK jungle offshoot "drill n' bass" scene. .
