Bunkertor 8 (Bunkergate 8) is a german one-man studio project, which exists since the beginning of 2007. The bunker is the intrinsic being of human / the artist - a shelter from the everyday external influences. The gates are the interfaces to the "outside world", standing for the senses and communication channels. No. 8 is the music (or "Krach V1.3" (Noise)).

Bunker 84 was formed in november 1984 in Merv (50 km north of Paris) by a bunch of working class lads who had been friends since their childhood.They were originally called Guerilla Urbaine.
The line-up was - Jano on guitar,Eddy on bass,his brother Jean-Cristophe on drums and Laurent on vocals (also the songwriter).
Their inspiration came from bands from the "Chaos Production Scene" - Komintern Secte,Reich Orgasm,Collabos,the British oi scene and also some hard rock bands like Rose Tattoo,AC/DC and Motörhead. .
