Liisi Koikson, (born June 4, 1983 in Kilingi-Nõmme, Estonia) is an Estonian jazz-pop musician.
Her first TV appearance was at the age of 8. Liisi has perfomed in musicals "Evita“, "Aida“, "Miss Saigon“, "The Sound of Music“, "Jesus Christ Superstar“, "Grease“, "Georg“ and "Libahunt".
She has won the awards for Best Female Artist at the Estonian Music Awards in 2003 and 2006 and Jazz Artist Of The Year in 2011. She was also voted Best Newcomer in 2003.

Tuiran Miliisi (The Tuira Militia) are originally from the hard-rocking northern town of Oulu, Finland. They started out in the late 1990`s as a hardcore punk band, later also combining metal, reggae and pop elements to their sound. They soon became known for their energetic live performaces in the Oulu region, often performing with other like-minded highly-educated punk bands, such as Paskahata, Allan Pettymys and the Punk Rock Niggaz, within a scene sometimes critisized of arrogance and esotericism.
