I Vampire Weekend sono un quartetto indie-rock proveniente da New York. Ezra Koenig (voce, chitarra, piano), Rostam Batmanglij (organo, synth, programming), Chris Baio (basso) e Christopher Tomson (batteria) si conoscono durante gli anni alla Columbia University. Il loro nome deriva dal titolo di un cortometraggio girato dagli stessi musicisti, nel quale il protagonista viene accusato di spedire orde di vampiri a Cape Cod (nel Massachusetts) e si dà alla fuga.
La band inizia la propria ascesa grazie alla rete, venendo notata da diversi blog: il loro indie-rock è influenzato da sonorità popolari africane, ritmi caraibici e punk.

Hollywood Vampires is an American rock supergroup formed in 2015 by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and Joe Perry to honor the music of the rock stars who died from excess in the 1970s. The band name derives from The Hollywood Vampires, a celebrity drinking club formed by Cooper in the 1970s whose members included Ringo Starr and Keith Moon of The Who.
They have released one studio album, Hollywood Vampires (2015), featuring guest appearances by Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, and Dracula star Christopher Lee amongst others. .
