　ルドヴィコ・エイナウディは1955年イタリア北西部のトリノで生まれました。ヨーロッパではコンテンポラリーミュージックのトップピアニストとして評価されており、現在までにリリースされたアルバムは、イタリア、イギリス、スペイン、ドイツで60万枚以上売り上げています。また、多数のサウンドトラックを手掛けており、日本でも公開された『ぼくの瞳の光』（2001年）では2002年度イタリア音楽賞最優秀サウンドトラック賞を、『ジバゴ』（2002年・日本未公開）では2004年ニューヨーク・フェスティバルでゴールド・ワールド・メダルを受賞、2006年公開の『This Is England』では4つの国際賞を獲得しています。 　彼のソロ・アルバムは現在までに10枚リリースされており、1996年リリースの「波（Le Onde）」がヨーロッパで大ヒットしました。2004年秋にはイギリスのデッカからリリースされたアルバムが一気にクラシック・チャートのトップに踊り出、その後ロンドン、ロイアル・アルバート・ホールでの公演が完売となりました。 　エイナウディはルチアーノ・ベリオ（イタリアの作曲家であり、ビートルズの「ミッシェル」の編曲も手掛けている）の元で指導を受け、クラシックとアバンギャルド音楽の両方を習得しました。そして演劇とダンスの一連のコラボレーションを通して、自身の作曲スタイルを身に付けて行きました。1980年代以降、エイナウディの音楽スタイルは明確な形を持つようになり、先のソロ・アルバム、サウンドトラック以外にも演劇・ダンスのパフォーマンス「タイムアウト」（1998年）、オペラ・バレエ「サルガーリ」（1995年）を手掛けたほか、アルメニア、マリ、トルコ、ポルトガルなど世界各地の多彩なミュージシャンとも競演しています。現在もピアニストとしての活動を軸としながら、多方面でその才能を発揮しています。尚、エイナウディはイタリア政府より音楽大使に任命されています。 .

Alex Giunta,Giordano Donati,Claudio Coveri are the three founders of Sissoko project.
