Smokers Die Younger are an eclectic six-piece band from Sheffield, England. Their music ranges from grunge rock to abstract avant-garde noodling via dub reggae and synth pop, but still manages to manifest a coherent and original sound. Younger Brother was formed by Simon Posford (Hallucinogen, Shpongle) and Benji Vaughan (Prometheus, The Zap!) in 2002. The name "Younger Brother" is inspired by an indigenous Colombian tribe called The Kogi, for whom the band wrote their first song.
