Fleischmann is a German band and was founded in Berlin circa 1989. With a style influenced by bands such as Voivod and Prong they went on to release four full-length albums and one self-financed single from 1991 to 1995. The band is currently inactive. .

Bernhard Fleischmann was born in Vienna in 1975. His first bands were Speed Is Essential and Sore!. Together with the latter his first record: „My Idea of Fun“. In the nineties, Vienna became famous for its electronic music scene and Bernhard Fleischmann found its unique place in it. A laptop, sound loops, rhythm patterns.
