Arthur (Art) Blakey (ur. 11 października 1919 r. - zm. 16 października 1990 r.), znany także jako Abdullah Ibn Buhaina - amerykański perkusista i kompozytor jazzowy, lider zespołu Jazz Messengers. Obok Kenny'ego Clarke'a i Maxa Roacha współtwórca nowoczesnego, bebopowego stylu gry na perkusyjnym zestawie jazzowym. Uważany również za jednego z najwybitniejszych przedstawicieli amerykańskiego hard bopu. Jego styl, pełen bluesowych i funkowych inspiracji wywarł olbrzymi wpływ zarówno na współczesnych mu jak i późniejszych twórców jazzowych.
