Efrain Finez Nevarez, bo tak naprawdę nazywa się ten artysta, urodził się 5 maja 1981 r. w Puerto Rico. Swoją karierę zaczynał w duecie "Hector y Tito", w którym śpiewał w latach 1994-2004. Pierwszy solowy album, zatytułowany "Top of the line" nagrał w 2006 roku, rok później ukazała się jego limitowana edycja "Top of the line : El International".
