Alestorm jest pirate/power metalowym zespołem pochodzącym z Perth w Szkocji. Zespół powstał w 2004 pod nazwą Battleheart, pod którą wydali zmienił jednak nazwę na "Alestorm" w 2007. Ich muzyka charakteryzuje się mieszaniem pirackich szant z muzyką metalową. Teksty opowiadają o piratach oraz ich przygodach.
