Sugar to amerykański zespół rockowy, założony w 1992 roku przez byłego wokalistę znanego punkowego kolektywu Hüsker Dü, Boba Moulda. Formacja działała na przestrzeni lat od 1992 do 1995 w Minneapolis. Oprócz wspomnianego wokalisty tworzyli ją także basista David Barbe i perkusista Malcolm Travis. Wspólnie tworzyli niezwykle melodyjne, pełne energii utwory. Wypełnili nimi 2 płyty długogrające, Copper Blue oraz File Under: Easy Listening. .
