Crust was a musical group from Austin, Texas that was active during the late-1980s and 1990s and was featured on Trance Syndicate Records, a record label run by King Coffey from the Butthole Surfers. The groups members were John Hawkins (vocals and misc.), Jerry Page (bass and misc.), and Richard Smith (percussion and misc.). John Hawkins, Jerry Page, and Richard Smith formed the group in 1987. Biografia 1997, ekscytujący rok: X Japan w rozbitce, Dir en Grey wchodzi na scenę, a wraz z nim inny bardzo znany zespół: Beat Crusaders. Pierwszego singla wydali w 1999 i od tamtej pory, czterech artystów kryjących się za papierowymi torbami, stało się niezbędnym elementem japońskiej sceny punkrockowej. W tym samym roku wydali również swój pierwszy album, "Howling Symphony Of...". Roku 2000 na pewno nie spędzili na leniuchowaniu - opublikowane zostały kolejny album i video, jak również single. Nie odpoczywali również w roku 2001, który był dla nich bardzo dobrym rokiem. Ukazał się wtedy ich 3 album "Foresights" i latem odbyli...

Jest kilka zespołów heavy metalowych o nazwie CRUSADER. Z bardziej znaczących są tylko dwie. Reszta powstawała i rozpadała w szybkim czasie. Nie pozostawiła poza sobą zbyt wielu nagrań. 1. CRUSADER Formacja heavy/ power metalowa z Belgii powstała w 1996 roku. Zespół znany też jako Sader. Zespół w 1999 roku nagrał album ,,demo” zawierający repertuar innych wykonawców z kręgu hard rocka i rocka. Zaraz potem w roku 2000 grupa zadebiutowała pierwszym LP ,,This Mortal Flesh” płyta zawierała już heavy metal, power metal. Podobne były albumy: ,,Fools” 2003 i ,,SkinClad” 2007. Back in 1992 the Crush formed from the ashes of Wolfpack - a OC punk outfit. Their early years turned heads, because in the true Crusher tradition, they did what they wanted, not what labels wanted; this gained them fans, but no releases. Virtually unknown out of their hometown, the Crush released their classic debut on Lethal records, A World of Pain. Even their own label at the time (lethal) chose to ignore them, and instead chose to promote their better known acts like HFL, China White and Chuck.
