SpecialThanks is a punk rock band from Aichi Prefecture, Japan. They are currently signed by KOGA/Groovy Drunker Records. The band is made up of Misaki (vocal & guitar), Sean(guitar & chorus) Nochi (drums), Hiromu (Bass & Chorus). However, it has been announced that group members Sean and Nochi will withdraw from the band at the end of 2011. SpecialThanks publishes songs entirely in English. Special Others have an odd name indeed but it describes them perfectly. Special Others is essentially a jam rock band. While the band’s use of vocals is fairly minimal and simple, their music consists of instrumental melodies and the like.
