In early 1998, the remaining members of the recently departed Las Vegas band, Tomorrow's Gone, decided to get together one last time to record a few "new" songs for a planned TG discography CD on Element Records. Long time TG members Jeff Dean and Shay Mehrdad recruited former TG bassist Mike "Marlboro" Rosati and Ryan Butler (Far From It) for a studio band that eventually put four songs to tape. FADED MOTORWAY CRONIES are a self-proclaimed Dublin "artband extraordinaire" who have recently come to light for their peculiar fusion of modern powerchord rock, old-school lead guitar, punchy beats and poetic post-modernist lyricism. Beginning in 2005, Mark W and Mark H wrote songs in the small, quiet town of Blessington or in the equally serene suburb of Knocklyon. Faded Identity has evolved over several years through a couple name changes and quite a few member changes. In early 2011, the band finally found the right combination and recorded their first EP. Their music blends a more mainstream, R&B influenced female vocalist with hard driving rock/metal instrumentals to create a refreshingly original sound. The band is now working on perfecting their live performance and getting ready to take the world by storm. .
