Capeverdean singer Agusto Cego (born Agostinho Depina in the northern part of the Island of Fogo in a small area called Bobosso) was born seeing, and at age four began to go blind. Porcos Cegos (até o início de 2006 Blind Pigs) é uma banda de punk rock formada em 1993 na cidade de Barueri, SP com influências de Forgotten Rebels, Misfits, Ramones e The Clash. Blind Pigs, posteriormente Porcos Cegos, é uma referência a um bar de Ann Arbor, MI (EUA) em que o pai de Henrike(vocal) costumava assistir a shows punks.
