CHERRYBLOSSOM was a Japanese 5 piece band that consisted of MEEKO (vocal), MAICO (vocal), KUPPA (guitar), 83 (bass), and Yucchi (drum). The band debuted with a mini album, Riskygirl, in 2007 then later released three singles before the debut full album, GO! in 2008. They were commonly known for their song DIVE TO WORLD, CYCLE and Sakura Rock (桜ロック) that was used as the theme for the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Disbanded in 2010. .

Blossom Dearie (1926-2009) was an American jazz singer and pianist. Born on 28th April 1926 in East Durham, New York, of mixed Scottish and Norwegian ancestry, Dearie began her career in vocal groups in New York.
