Giuseppe Sarti (baptised December 1, 1729 – July 28, 1802) was an Italian opera composer. He was born at Faenza. His date of birth is not known, but he was baptised on 1 December 1729. Some earlier sources say he was born on 28 December, but his baptism certificate proves the later date impossible He was educated by Padre Martini, and appointed organist of the cathedral of Faenza before the completion of his nineteenth year. Resigning his appointment in 1750, Sarti devoted himself to the study of dramatic music, becoming director of the Faenza theatre in 1752. .
Giuseppe Valentini (December 14, 1681 – November 1753) was an Italian violinist, painter, poet, and composer, though he is known chiefly as a composer of inventive instrumental music. Though during his lifetime overshadowed by the likes of Corelli, Vivaldi, and Locatelli, his contribution to Italian baroque music is noteworthy, and many of his works were published throughout Europe. .
Apparently mining his own aural Sutton Hoo, Giuseppe Ielasi is an Italian experimental guitarist and electronic botherer, who pulls all sorts of musical styles from the trench labelled 'Gesine'. Coming across as partially improvised, 'Gesine' is Ielasi's first solo work since 2003's 'Plan's, and is again witness to a veritable cornucopia of finds. Ranging from shuffling Bert Jansch folk and diet-drone, through to glitch plagued bass and waterlogged guitars, 'Gesine' is superficially sepulchral, but penetrate the surface and it's an eclectic oasis of melodious rectitude. .

A short time afterwards, in 1716, he left for the Würtemburg court of Duke Eberhard Ludwig in Stuttgart, where in 1717, as "musique directeur, maître des concerts de la chambre" he succeded Johann Christoph Pez in the office of court Kapellmeister. During the years 1719-21, Reinhard Keiser attempted determinedly but unsuccessfully to oust the "damned Italian" from his position. In 1731 Brescianello finally received the title "Councillor...
The Italian tenor Giuseppe Di Stefano (born 24 July 1921 - died March 3rd 2008) was a famous opera singer whose career spanned from the late 1940s to the early 1970s.
