Ed Sheeran (born 17 February 1991) is a singer songwriter currently signed under Atlantic (WMG). Sheeran was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire before moving to Framlingham, Suffolk. Specialist in the string instruments of the East, known on the international scene for his collaborations with, in particular, Michael Hutchence, Nico and Sting. Virtuoso of dilruba, which he transposes in the Western urban sphere, he also played with L Subramaniam. Sheer Terror was an influential and long-lasting American hardcore band from New York City.
