The name Palladium has been used by several bands, most recently by the New York City-based Psychedelic Rock/Electronic shoegaze band, formed in early 2011. Palladium released their debut album, "Phantasmagoria", on March 1, 2011, after being written, recorded, mixed, and mastered in 23 days as part of the 2011 RPM challenge. Their second RPM record, "Clever Killer", was released on March 1, 2012. They will record and release a third studio album on March 1, 2013, before going on an "indefinite hiatus". .
Snatch was Patti Palladin and Judy Nylon, two Americans who moved to the UK in 1974. They recorded a number of demo's at Patti's flat in 1976 two of which IRT and Stanley were released as as a single 6 months later in February 1977. Another single All I Want narrowly missed the upper reaches of the charts in March 1978. A final single Shopping For Clothes surfaced in April 1980. In between Patti featured on Chris Spedding's Hurt (1977) and The Electric Chairs' Things Your Mother Never Told You. (1979) After Snatch Patti did a lot of collaborative work...
Laura Pallas arrived on the successful HI-NRG club scene with her smash hit "Skiing in the snow" which topped the UK HI-NRG charts and was produced by Ian Levine. Laura signed with London based RECORD SHACK RECORDS and went onto further success with "Emergency" & "Hands off". In 1989 she appeared as a backing vocalist on the successful Dead or Alive album "Nude" and had more club chart success with her eurobeat track "Revenge is Sweet" which came out on Nightmare Records .
