Christa Pfangen are Andrea Belfi and Mattia Coletti . The name is a hommage to Nico , although the music has obviously no relation with the icon of the New York avant garde scene. PFA is a punk band hailing from Veszprém, Hungary. Their music is aggressive and intense, mostly referred as 'trash punk', mainly influenced by 80's American melodic hardcore (Gorilla Biscuits etc). PFA so far went through a lot of musical, member and name changes, but because every former and active members belong to the same friends community, common sense recognises PFA as a result of organic process. Pfaff is mainly the alter-ego of Bas Jacobs from Amsterdam. Before becoming Pfaff, he was known as the bass player from the succesfull Dutch band Seedling. He has always made poetry and started making music with Pfaff (back then they were trio) while Seedling still excisted. After two Pfaff-bandmembers quit, Bas (vocals, guitar & drums) decided to go on like a duo with Alice Bron (guitar, keyboards, kazoo, percussion & some vocals). Together they make lo-fi rockmusic, always surprising and with a good sense of humour. They're often compared to bands like The Pixies, Pavement and The Fall. .

Tripface (1993-1997) was a Hardcore band from Long Island. Band members went on to join Glassjaw and In This Moment. In 1992 Jeff Fabb (Drums), Brian Langan (Guitar), and Brian Green (Bass) started an unnamed punk metal band out on the Eastern End of Long Island. They enlisted a local skater kid Scott Jarzombek to sing. The band was originally named Godhead, after the song by the New York Hardcore band Burn, a major influence of the bands singer.
