Aalaap Raju (born 6 June 1979) is an Indian playback singer and a bass guitar player. He has sung for music directors such as Harris Jayaraj, Ilayaraja, Thaman, Imman, and Devan Ekambaram. He has also sung for several Christian and Hindu albums. Malini Rajurkar (b. 1941) is a noted Hindustani classical singer of Gwalior Gharana. She grew up in the state of Rajasthan in India. Govindrao Rajurkar, an uncle of her future husband Vasantrao, initially taught her music. She then further learned music under Vasantrao. Malini has performed in major music festivals in India, including Gunidas Sammelan (Mumbai), Tansen Samaroh (Gwalior), Sawai Gandharva Festival (Pune), and Shankar Lal Festival (Delhi).
