There are at least two groups with this name.
One Blissed is the name of a Christian Metal band. Their debut was in 2003 with "Waking Up the Dead" and their second album, "Corrosive" was released May 3, 2006 on their website, with store release slated for later in May 2006.
Robert Sweet (of Stryper fame) anchors Blissed, along with David Pearson [formerly of the underground group Static) and David is the founder of Blissed.

Hugo Race is an Australian, Singer-songwriter, who started in the Aussie Punk band Plays With Marionettes, was a founding member of Nick Cave's Bad Seeds (from 1984-1985, featuring as one of the two guitarists, along with Blixa Bargeld, on their debut album "From Her To Eternity" and the world tour to follow. In 1985, Race left the Bad Seeds and Berlin, returned to Melbourne and formed swamp/ swing band The Wreckery, whose 2008 retrospective, "Past Imperfect", makes much of their long out of print work available again.
