Televise is an electronic shoegazing band formed by ex-Slowdive drummer/vocalist Simon Scott in 2004. They released their debut single "Smile" in December 2004 followed by an EP, the 3-track Outside Out, in April 2005. Debut album "Songs to sing in A&E" was released soon afterwards. Simon Scott was born in Cambridge in the early seventies and spent his early teens drumming for The Charlottes who released the "love happy" album on Bristol’s Subway records and a second album on Cherry Red. Televised Crimewave are a pop band, formed late-2007, which plays UK-wide & internationally. Their début single, "Listen and Repeat" (Mar 2009, Pure Groove), was voted single of the month in Artrocker magazine. The following month, they released a six-song EP (on Magnetic Records, Japan). Their latest release is "Help The Girl" (Jan 2011, Desire).
