Daniel Bélanger (born in Montreal, 1962) is a French Canadian musician and singer. He is considered as one of the best Québécois songwriter and singer of the 90s. Most of his music is inspired by alternative rock, folk and electronic music. In 1983, he founded the band Humphrey Salade with Eric Maier, Norman Lachance and Jean Gauvin. Langer is a London-based production duo comprising of Neo-Tek (Richard Burden) and Kone-R (Russell Parsons). Kone-R is a DJ with nearly twenty years experience and has played alongside some of the UK's finest DJ's all over the UK as well as in Europe. Neo-Tek is a fellow vinyl junkie and is the Langer resident computer expert. They met when Kone-R was working in a record shop selling sick vinyl. Neo-Tek was buying it.
