New Politics 2009 yılında Kopenhag, Danimarka merkezli bir alternatif rock grubu olarak kuruldu.Vokallerde David Boyd ,gitarda - programlamada ve geri vokallerde Soren Hansen, davullarda ise Louis Vecchio bulunmaktadır.Grup çıkışını "Yeah Yeah Yeah " teklisiyle yaptı ve şarkı aynı zamanda Need For Speed : Hot Pursuit 'in çalma listesine de girdi. Grup kendi adını taşıyan ilk albümünü 13 Temmuz 2010'da çıkardı. Albüm de "Yeah Yeah Yeah" parçasının alternatif versiyonunun yanı sıra dokuz tane daha parça bulunmakta.
