Formed in 2001, Assrockers have quickly become one of Washington's most exciting and talked-about acts with their unique sound and their over-the-top live shows. Fusing '70s arena rock with 80's glam, garage punk, and British heavy metal, Assrockers have given birth to their own sub-genre of rock'n'roll--"Assrock"--offering listeners a generous helping of fist-pumping powerchords, booming bass lines, searing guitar solos and colossal drum fills. .
Born Bavarian was founded in January 1995 in München, Bavaria, Germany by Andi Nauerz (vocals), Florian Boschetto (vocals, washboard) and Fritz Kohlhofer (guitar). The three were joined soon by Kirov Starnecker on drums and Tommy Knauer on bass. Back then, nobody could imagine this project would ever become more than a project.
After only 6 months of existence, Born Bavarian records the probably roughest and most shameless LP in rock history, “Southern By The Grace Of God”. Andi Sturm, sound engineer of that musical milestone, becomes the new bass player.

The Bavarian Druglords were a band from Brooklyn, NYC (2003-2011); founded and produced by Syed Druglord & company. The Bavarian Druglords created a distinct sound which delves into manchester, psychedelic, electronic, dub, funk, shoegazing, and lo-fi experimental music. The debut album "205" was released on 03/01/2009 on their own imprint; The Kill Art Movement. The 2nd album, entitled "229" was released on 10/10/2010 on the Kill Art Movement. .
