Lokasenna ioc was born in the year '94 as a musical outlet of Sven P. He surprised the scene with the self released Cd-r Archive 1994 - 2004, a collection of slightly reworked songs originally written between '94 and '98. These songs were recorded for a demo tape that brought his project on stage at the first Bizarre festival '98 in Beernem/BE-. For The Night Of The Abyss '99 in Waregem/BE, Lokasenna ioc was programmed together with Sorrow and Sol Invictus.
