Pin-Up Godiva are a three-piece Grunge/Punk band from Penmaenmawr, North Wales, founded in early 2010 fronted by Kait. Currently the band consists of Alex Lee the guitarist/ vocals, Jason Lee on bass, Nathan on drums. The band took influence from Nirvana, Sex Pistols, Ramones, Distillers and Alice In Chains for the Audio-rape EP, however, with more recent anarchistic songs, influence has been taken from anarcho-punk bands such as The Exploited, D.O.A. and Dead Kennedys. Pin-up was established in 2003 with an all-female line up by Aysegül Esen, Özlem Gündogmus, Ilgin Itir and Ezgi Özkan who were university students. In a few months, the band started to gig in most crowded pubs of Istanbul and had performance in some significant international festivals. Pin-up had nearly a hundred shows just out of their hometown Istanbul. Pin-Up Went Down is a French avant-garde metal band from Rouen which formed in 2006. The band consists of former Wormfood / Carnival In Coal drummer Alexis Damien, his brother Nicolas, and Asphodel. Alexis plays the majority of the instruments and is the sole composer of the band. Their music is a metal sound mixed with various styles like pop, funk, symphonic, gospel, progressive and psychedelic.
