DJ Paul Rudd is recognised as one of the most creative new producers and remixers on the UK House music scene.

Paul has been in the music industry since 1998 after winning ‘Search for a Star’ at the Capital Radio Cafe in Leicester Square with Neil Fox. Subsequently he became a regular DJ during weekends with Party Animal Neil Long (Radio Jackie) to assist with the Dance and Party Zones, and co-presented the 1999 New Year’s Eve party.

His first official chart release, X-Me, with US actress Kelly-Anne Lyons on vocals in early 2011 was followed up with two more dance floor fillers. Egotastic was a big summer anthem across Europe and the Balearics and More Amore feat Vivi was released in November and went on to be shortlisted in the final of the One to Watch category of MTV’s Brand New for 2012 competition.

Paul’s catalogue expanded this year with the release of Set Me Free 2012, a remake of the memorable 1980s hit with its original singer, Jaki Graham on vocals. The track had prolific airplay playing across the UK, US and Australia through April and May. The music video featured UK Supermodel Louise Cole and ran exclusively on VeVo, gaining more than a 125K hits in the first two days alone.

Paul has played around the world at venues including with Hed Kandi in Ibiza, Majorca, the French Alps, Greece, Poland, New York and the Dominican Republic. He was also Launch DJ for the P&O Cruise brand Ocean Village.

Paul is currently working with producers Small Paul (BBC Radio1, Chris Moyles) and Tony Matthew (Soul 2 Soul, Kylie, JLS) on his debut album ‘Sound Of London’.
