Originally from Vermont where his father, folk legend Tom Banjo, still resides, Ethan has lived in Austin, TX, for fifteen years, founding and releasing four albums with the critically acclaimed band Orange Mothers. Described as "prophetic," truly original, and non-commercial, Ethan's style is an eclectic mix of folk, pop, and rock. Ethan makes his living as an artist working out of his studio the In-House Gallery and has been named best local artist by the Austin Chronicle. The name Mazarin has been subject to legal dispute. The most well-known group using the name comes from Philadelphia, formed in 1999 by Quentin Stoltzfus, and releasing three albums through 2006. Their music is streaming here at last.fm. Unfortunately, the other group using the name apparently used it first, and Stoltzfus' project found itself in need of a new name as of January 2007. Azari & III were Toronto producers Christian Farley, aka Dinamo Azari, and Alphonse Lanza, aka Alixander III, from Toronto, Canada, with feature vocals by Fritz Helder and Cedric Gasiada. The single ‘Hungry For The Power’ was first released in 2009 through I'm A Cliché (France) followed by 'Reckless (With Your Love)' on Permanent Vacation (Germany) on the same year. The next single ‘Into the Night’ was remixed by Prince Language, CFCF and Nicolas Jaar towards the end of 2010 for the Scion A/V Remix series for the US label Scion Audio Visual.
