4 Strings currently consists of Carlo Resoort (who mostly makes the music) and Jan De Vos (who mostly works on production and arrangement, and performs some songs). In 2004, there were some rumors of singer Vanessa van Hemert leaving the group, due to some new 4 Strings songs that were released that did not feature van Hemert. Antonio Lucio Vivaldi (1678-1741) was a Venetian composer in the baroque era. Vivaldi was born on 4th March 1678 in the Republic of Venice, today part of Italy; his father was Giovanni Battista, a baker before becoming a professional violinist, who taught his son to play violin. The Modern Jazz Quartet was formed in 1952 by Milt Jackson (vibraphone), John Lewis (piano, musical director), Percy Heath (bass), and Kenny Clarke (drums). Connie Kay replaced Clarke in 1955.
