Mouthbreather was a post-hardcore band hailing from Richmond, VA, who existed from 2006 to 2011. The band came into existence when after the screamo band Wow, Owls! and The Setup both broke up, after which three members from Wow, Owls! and two members from The Setup started Mouthbreather. starting off as a sludgier rock band and slowly evolving into a weird Hum meets Milligram catchy melodic indie-rockish feel. All while still being extremely loud and heavy with the same gigantic tones of the earlier material. one of my all-time favorite bands here. fans of Eternal Elysium, Milligram, Hum, Suma, Electric Wizard, Tonerlow blahblahblahblah... these are really shitty comparisons... if you like loud rock.. check this band out if you haven't. .

Breather Resist was an American hardcore band from Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Breather Resist formed in 2002 and recorded 8 songs, 4 of which were on handmade demos. These 8 songs became their first EP, Only in the Morning, released on Deathwish Inc.. The release was praised by many as being at the forefront of the next great wave of heavy music.
