Scout is a name of at least three bands. [1] A New York City, NY, USA, band led by Ashen Keilyn (vocals, guitar, songwriting), with Steve Schiltz (vocals, guitar) and Jason Molina (drums). Sea Scouts formed in Hobart in 1995, following Tim Evans' ending of his previous band Mouth. Firstly comprising of Tim (vocals, guitar), Zach von Bamburger (vocals, bass) and Monica Fikerle (drums), then Tim, Zach and a drum machine, this lineup released $100 000 Mammal (no label,1995). Zach left and was replaced by Alex Pope (vocals, bass) and Andy Hazel (drums), before Sara Libero took the drum stool and they recorded the album Pattern Recognition (Choozy/Unstable Ape 1996). Emma Louise Niblett (born 29 September 1973) is a British singer-songwriter, known by the pseudonym Scout Niblett, from Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom. Her music is frequently minimalist in style, many of her songs consisting merely of vocals accompanied by either drums or guitar, which she mostly plays herself. Niblett released her debut album in 2001 and released two more albums before 2005 when she settled in Portland, Oregon, where she currently resides. The Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps is a highly competitive summer youth drum corps in the Drum Corps International (DCI) circuit. It was founded in 1938 and is based out of Madison, Wisconsin. It is the third oldest corps in DCI; The Cadets, and the The Racine Scouts were both founded prior to 1938, in 1934 and 1927, respectively.
