White Metal is a term coined in the 1980's used to refer to the various sub genres of Metal with Christian themes and lyrical content. It is not to be confused with Unblack Metal which refers only to Black Metal with Christian themes and lyrics. The term has fallen out of favor in Western Europe and North America(with the exception Mexico) a great deal but is still used in South America, Eastern Europe and Asia extensively. .
