They recorded a session in october 1977 for Raw records which featured four tracks, Soul train, Straitjacket, So young and Young, British and White. The Psychos is an adventure which has taken its beginning in spring 2002. Johnny and Micky - after the split of their hard rock band Wild Charm from Trentino - wanted to form a new band based in Bolzano and playing a rougher and straighter sound. Within less weeks Rufio (ex-Feedback) joined the band as the perfect drummer for The Psychos. The chemistry was good from the beginning and the project became more and more concrete after some dynamic concerts and the release of the first demo in the end of 2003. People and journalists liked the demo and the band remained surprised.
In the meantime Johnny, Micky and Rufio were looking for a new member. They rehearsed with some different guitarists, until they choose Vince as their fourth and final member. He joined The Psychos in 2004, just on time to play his part on the second mini-cd called Injection! which was released in 2005 on the label Kornalcielo from Treviso. In this period the band played their most intensive (and most mad) live gigs, but the band-lineup couldn’t stand - typically for rock'n'roll! Vince left the band shortly after the release of their first CD The Devil's Kiss, released in the end of 2006 on San Martin Records from Turin. The feedback for the album was good and so the band continued its live activity as a trio without big problems.
After another year full of gigs, the The Psychos did their next record. But this time they tried to spend more work and time on it: the live activities were reduced to a minimum and the band worked on new songs evening after evening. This way to work and the very "free" character of the band caused countless delays. However, in the end of 2009 the final result was ready to hit the streets and backyards: Blood Sweat Rock'n'Roll, released by Airbagpromo Records. .
