Shigeru Matsuzaki (松崎しげる, Matsuzaki Shigeru, born on November 19, 1949 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese singer, actor and TV celebrity.

Matsuzaki picked up music at university after being forced to stop baseball due to being wounded to the elbow, and formed the band ミルク (Milk) with 日高富明 (Tomiaki Hidaka) and 堀内護 (Mamoru Horiuchi), who would later form the band ガロ (GARO).
After the band dissolution, Matsuzaki successfully passed an audition at Victor Entertainment and released his first single, 8760回のアイ・ラブ・ユー (Hassenshichihyakurokujuukai no I Love You), in 1970. Despite of releasing numerous commercial songs afterwards, none of them were big hits, until 1977, when he achieved fame with the song 愛のメモリ (Ai no Memory), a song he had performed one year earlier under the name 愛の微笑 (Ai no Bishou) at the Majorca Music Festival.
With this song, Matsuzaki participated to the 28th edition of NHK's 紅白歌合戦 (Kouhaku Uta Gassen). From then, he attended to many events and appeared in various TV shows, such as 噂の刑事トミーとマツ (Uwasa no Keiji Tommy to Matsu), QUIZ Derby or タモリ倶楽部 (Tamori Kurabu), which earned him various nicknames - "Dinner Show King", "クイズの帝王" (Quizz no Teiou) and "シゲルBROWN" (Shigeru BROWN) being some of them.

Matsuzaki divorced twice before marrying with his current wife, 23 years younger than him, and having one son and two daughters with her.
His second ex-wife is currently married with 稲葉浩志 (Koshi Inaba) from B'z. .
