Block B (블락비) is a South Korean boy group created by Cho PD under his label Brand New Stardom. On April 15, 2011, they made their debut on KBS Music Bank with their promotional single, "Freeze" ("그대로 멈춰라!").
The group consists of 7 members: Zico (Woo Jiho), Lee Taeil, B-Bomb (Lee Minhyuk), Ahn Jaehyo, U-Kwon (Kim Yukwon), Park Kyung, and P.O (Pyo Jihoon). The members of Block B have dancing, rapping, composing, and singing experience. Their debut single, titled "Do You Wanna B?" consists of three tracks.
Block B is short for the term Blockbuster, with the group having high hopes of making it big in the music industry. The group has its roots in hip hop, but have interest in branching out into different genres.
Their official fanclub name is called BBC (Block B Club).

Woo Jiho (우지호) (born September 14, 1992, in Mapo, Seoul, South Korea), better known under his stage name Zico (지코), is the leader, producer, and rapper. Zico has recorded several mixtapes with his friends (Kyung, Minho,and Hanhae).[10] He was made leader by Cho PD due to his experience in the music industry. He is Co-Ed School's Woo Taewoon brother. He has featured in several tracks, like Faddy Robot Foundation's Faddy Robot and IU's Marshmallow.

Lee Taeil (이태일) (born September 24, 1990, in Seoul, South Korea), is the main vocalist of Block B. He was formerly on MBC's audition program 위대한 탄생.[11]

Lee Minhyuk (이민혁) (born December 14, 1990), better known as B-Bomb, is one of Block B's four vocalists and Lead Dancer. B-Bomb previously trained to become a member of Infinite and made an appearance in Cho PD's 'Korea City' MV.

Ahn Jaehyo (안재효) (born December 23, 1990, in Busan, South Korea), is the lead vocalist of the group. He is also an internet ulzzang who also appeared on Mnet 꽃미남 아롱사태 with actor Song Joong-Ki.[12] He studied in Youngdong High School, and has the hobby of watching movies. He was a starting up trainee for CUBE Entertainment, so he was a possible former trainee for BEAST.[13] He had a long trainee life and moved companies often before debuting in Block B. He is friends with MBLAQ's Joon, IU, CNBLUE's Yonghwa, and Rainbow. He introduced Lee Joon to audition for J.Tune Entertainment, which is his current agency, and Joon got to debut with MBLAQ.

Kim Yukwon (김유권) (born April 9, 1992, in Suwon, Gyeongg, South Korea). He is known as U-Kwon, and is the other main vocalist. He is the second Lead Dancer, and is known as the "smile" of the group. His hobbies include reading One Piece, shopping and playing instruments.

Park Kyung (박경) (born July 8, 1992, in Seoul, South Korea), is one of Block B's three rappers. He has participated in Zico's mixtapes and studied abroad in New Zealand before debuting with Block B. Zico and Kyung knew each other since they were friends since elementary school. He is the only member who speaks fluent English.

Pyo Jihoon (표지훈) (born February 2, 1993), better known as P.O, is the maknae (youngest member) and a rapper. .
