The Infinite Staircase is the collaboration of two brothers, Lenny and Jeff Cerzosie. It is an outlet for emotion and a powerful tool for political movement and revolutionary thinking. It is ever changing, molding, and growing. It is at times a mission other times the destination. It twists, turns, and winds through space and time. It always leads you home. The Infinite Staircase is life.

Formed around 2001-2002, Carrying on the brotherhood in Rock, brothers Lenny and Jeff Cerzosie formed the basis for what would ultimately become The Infinite Staircase. From Acoustic Notoriety to a recently launched blast of electric synchronicity, TIS has overcome many challenges and also has achieved many goals and dignities.

Beginning with landing two guitar gods: Blues Saraceno – who has performed and recorded with the likes of Poison, Cream, Michael Bolton, Cher, Melissa Ethridge, Ziggy Marley, and a slew of other artists; And David Bowie and John Lennon Axeman Earl Slick to guest on their forthcoming full length debut album (rumored to be a double disc debut which captures the essence of their acoustic foundation as well as their heavy metal raw attitude). The band was also awarded with winning 2004's New York International Music Festival's Award for "Best New Rock Band" beating out over 200 full bands worldwide, all the while performing as an acoustic duo; They went on to appear physically and musically on Fuse TV's d'fused: ink'd & jab'd and having that specific episode voted as a Viewer's Choice Favorite. Following on the heals of such successes, The Infinite Staircase was to amend an impressive resume over the course of the following years such by opening for the likes of: Candlebox, Jonathan Davis of Korn, HELLYEAH (Featuring Members of Pantera, Mudvayne, Damage Plan, and Nothing Face), Sevendust, Alter Bridge, The Hiwatts (featuring Kevin Martin of Candlebox), White Lion, Lillian Axe, Otep, Bloodsimple, W.A.S.P., L.A. GUNS, Baptized By Fire, Severed Hand, Sanctuary, and members of Type 'O' Negative, Twisted Sister, and Memento; as well as various other strings of subtlety and success – The Infinite Staircase has been carving their own niche in the eyes and ears of the Music Industry.

With the help of established drummer and uncle Augie Ciulla of Reparata and the Delrons fame, Lenny & Jeff were able to slowly build up the repertoire and reputation of the band and their music. The Infinite Staircase family had begun to flourish and grow with both live performances and studio recordings. 2006 – 2007 brought the forming and departures of a few versions of The Infinite Staircase. It also brought along some of their biggest accomplishments to date, such as appearing on world-renowned comedian and life-long metal head Jim Breuer’s Raw Dog Sirius Radio show and performing “One For The Road” acoustically to over a million people. But it is as we approach the end of an era and begin the year 2008, that The Infinite Staircase truly begins their musical journey and prowess. Joined by fellow musicians Paul Christian (Severed Hand, Brady’s Bunch) on bass and Paris Bierk (Severed Hand) on drums, the band is working harder than ever to bring their dreams to reality and their music to the masses.

The Infinite Staircase is featured in the March 2008 issue of the nationally distributed magazine, METAL EDGE. In addition to a write-up and photo ad within the magazine, the band is also mentioned on the back cover and their song “Happy Fields” (which features Blues Saraceno on guitar) is one of the only songs from an “Unsigned” artist that is featured on a Compilation/Sampler CD that comes with the magazine along side such greats and legends as OZZY OSBOURNE, CRADLE OF FILTH, and BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE among many, many more.

The Infinite Staircase is currently working to release their first official album and also plan to start shooting footage for their first DVD in 2008. A Tour will follow. Jeff is the head on the band’s shoulders scheduling tours and making contacts, while Lenny’s philosophy is summed up in the few words, "I just want to play." .
