Michelle Jacquet DeSevren Branch (* 2. Juli 1983 in Flagstaff, Arizona) ist eine US-amerikanische Sängerin, Songwriterin und Gitarristin.
Michelle erhielt ihren Namen nach dem gleichnamigen Lied der Beatles. Ihre Vorfahren stammen aus Irland, Frankreich, den Niederlanden und Indonesien. Sie hat einen älteren Bruder, David, und eine jüngere Schwester, Nicole. Neben ihrer Muttersprache Englisch spricht sie auch gut Französisch. Branch besuchte die High School in Red Rock, brach den Schulbesuch aber ab und widmete sich ganz ihrer Karriere als Songwriter.
Seit 2004 ist sie mit dem Bassisten Teddy Landau, Bruder des bekannten Gitarristen Michael Landau, verheiratet.

Michelle Gayle was born on 2nd February 1971, in London, England and is an English actress and singer. She had success as a pop singer in the 1990s. She achieved seven top 30 singles in the UK, her two biggest hits to date being Sweetness (No.4, September 1994) and Do You Know? (No.6, February 1997). She released two top 30 albums under RCA records, but they parted company in 1997 and although Gayle recorded other albums, they were not released.

LUCY MICHELLE AND THE VELVET LAPELLES are now FIELD TRIP
Lucy Michelle and the Velvet Lapelles formed in 2007 in Twin Cities, MN. Lucy received an ukelele as a gift so she started writing songs and decided to form the band.
According to their Twitter: "Combine a dash of equal parts; old-time, mountain, bluegrass, gypsy, rag, polka. folk., punk, pop, with the whistle of Andrew Bird."
They were Geoff Freeman (drums), Ashley Boman (accordion), Chris Graham (guitar), Jesse Schuster (bass), Eamonn McLain (cello) and Lucy Michelle (vocals and ukelele).

The Michelles began in March 2005 in London, England when Tim Lalonde met fellow expatriates Gustaf Heden and Dean Rostron. Lalonde, raised in Richmond, Virginia, had dropped out of college and relocated to Europe earlier that year. In late 2005, after several initial live performances and the recording of a four track demo, Rostron departed the group. Heden and Lalonde then recruited guitarist Marc Hayward and drummer Graeme Pearce, going on to play numerous concerts in and around London and eventually signing for two singles at UK label, Cheesedream.
