Breaking Benjamin ist eine Post-Grunge-Band aus Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA. Bandgeschichte Anfänge/Saturate (1999-2002) Im Jahr 1999 gründeten Benjamin Burnley und Jeremy Hummel die Band Breaking Benjamin. Nachdem der Bekanntheitsgrad in Pennsylvania rasant stieg, wurde die Band kurzzeitig in "Plan 9" umbenannt. Ende 2000 schlossen sich Aaron Fink und Mark James Klepaski, welche die Alternative-Metal-Band Lifer verlassen hatten, der Band an, die inzwischen wieder unter dem Namen Breaking Benjamin agierte.
